Our decorated indoor chapel offers a personal setting for couples celebrating with a small group of family and friends. Ceremonies are by appointment.
How much does a small wedding ceremony cost at your chapel in Jacksonville?
Our wedding ceremony packages start at $350 for the Elopement Wedding Ceremony. Chaplain Scott’s Signature Wedding is $650, and the Grand Entrance Wedding Experience is $950.
Each package includes professional wedding photography.
How many guests can attend our intimate wedding?
Our Elopement Wedding Ceremony includes five guests, with additional guests at $20 each, up to 20 guests total.
Chaplain Scott’s Signature Wedding includes 20 guests.
The Grand Entrance Wedding Experience includes up to 30 guests.
What is included in your small wedding packages?
Every package includes our 5-in-1 experience: a beautifully decorated chapel, an ordained officiant, curated music, a fully coordinated experience, and professional wedding photography.
Chaplain Scott guides your ceremony so you can relax and enjoy your wedding together.
What is included in the Grand Entrance Wedding Experience?
Our Grand Entrance Wedding Experience is perfect for couples planning a micro wedding with up to 30 guests. It includes a private bridal suite, a hidden entrance with a curtain reveal, and your walk down the aisle to your chosen entrance song.
Chaplain Scott guides your ceremony, followed by professional wedding photography. A cinematic multi-camera wedding film is also included, so you can relive your special day.
How do we reserve our small wedding in Jacksonville?

What is your availability?

When should I arrive for my wedding?
We ask that you aim to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. Please be on time! Each wedding is booked on the hour, so your wedding will need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late, to accommodate the next couple on time.
Why are all deposits nonrefundable? (No exceptions)
Marriage is a serious lifelong commitment, and at the Walk-In Wedding Chapel, we work hard to make every step of the process easy, meaningful, and stress-free for our couples.
Unfortunately, when couples reserve a ceremony time and don't show up, we can't offer that time slot to another couple.
As a small family business, we perform weddings to support our family and cover the chapel’s operating expenses.
More importantly, we're passionate about helping couples start their marriage off right with a beautiful, heartfelt ceremony and a prayer of God’s blessing over one of the most important relationships of their lives.
No-shows directly impact us financially, as we cover the costs out of pocket.
For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not an extra fee; they are part of the total advertised package price and serve as a placeholder to reserve your desired ceremony date and time.
In addition, every couple must read and sign an agreement during the booking process, acknowledging and accepting our non-refundable deposit policy before completing their reservation.
Couples must check the agreement box confirming they understand and accept these terms prior to booking.
Can I get married without a marriage license?
Just like you cannot drive without your driver's license, you cannot get married without a marriage license. You must purchase a State of Florida Marriage License before getting married.
Please visit our friends at the Duval County Courthouse to get your marriage license! Then, you can book your appointment at the Walk-in Wedding Chapel!
What are the benefits of the Walk-in Wedding Chapel's premarital counseling course?
Our Premarital Counseling Course comes with many benefits! Most counselors charge hundreds of dollars to complete premarital counseling, but our DIY course is easy and free!
