Meet Chaplain Scott
Chaplain Scott is a retired US Navy Chaplain. He was the last Navy Chaplain in the Iraq War, ministering to over 250,000 troops at the evacuation point. He was also Chaplain to the USS Halyburton when they rescued Capt. Richard Phillips, played by Tom Hanks, in the movie Captain Phillips. Now, his passion is seeing couples start their marriage off right with a beautiful, heartfelt ceremony and a prayer of God's blessing on their most important relationship.
