Walk-In Wedding Chapel – Terms of Service

We’re truly honored you’re considering the Walk-in Wedding Chapel for your wedding day. It means a lot to us to be part of such an important moment in your life.

Our goal is simple: to create a ceremony that feels peaceful, meaningful, and beautifully done—so you can relax and fully enjoy your day.

To make that possible for every couple we serve, we’ve put a few clear and simple guidelines in place.

By booking with us, you agree to the following:

General Policies

Walk-In Wedding Chapel reserves the right to decline or discontinue service when necessary.
While we take great care of your experience, we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. If something is missing, please reach out—we’re happy to help look for it.
All weddings are by appointment, so each couple receives focused, intentional care.

3 Marriage License (Florida Requirement)

By Florida law, we are unable to obtain your marriage license for you.
Both partners must visit a Florida Clerk of Court together to receive it.

If you arrive without your marriage license:

We will not be able to perform the ceremony
Your booking is non-refundable
A new booking will be required

Please double-check before your appointment so everything goes smoothly.

Wedding Packages & Timing

Each wedding experience is thoughtfully structured:

Intimate Wedding Ceremony – 1 hour
Signature Wedding – 90 minutes
Grand Entrance Wedding Experience – 2 hours

Your reserved time includes preparation, ceremony, and photography.

To serve every couple well:

Your experience must stay within your scheduled time
Extensions are not always possible due to other bookings

Grand Entrance Experience – Flow of Events

For Grand Entrance weddings, the experience is intentionally structured:

First Hour: Marriage license signing and guided rehearsal
The bride will then depart for the private bridal suite to prepare (up to 2 attendants may assist)
The groom and ceremony participants (best man, maid of honor, ring bearer, flower girl, and anyone walking the bride down the aisle) should arrive at the start of the appointment
Second Hour: Ceremony begins promptly

Guests:

Should not arrive during the first hour
Should arrive 10–15 minutes before the ceremony (second hour)

Early guest arrival can disrupt preparation and rehearsal and impact the overall experience.

Photography & Video

We love when your family and friends capture special moments—it adds to the joy of the day.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos
We ask that all guest photography remains respectful of the experience

To ensure everything flows smoothly:

Guests may not interfere with or obstruct the professional photography and video included in your package
Our team will guide positioning and timing to ensure beautiful final results

Photography and video are artistic services:

Final images and video are delivered in the style and discretion of Walk-In Wedding Chapel
Individual preferences or subjective expectations do not qualify for refunds or re-shoots

Guests

We’re happy to welcome your family and friends.

Guest accommodations are based on your package
Intimate & Signature Weddings: Additional guests are $20 each (paid at time of service)
Grand Entrance Wedding Experience: Up to 30 guests included

You do not need to provide a guest count in advance.

All guests must:

Fit comfortably within the chapel
Follow the timing and flow of the experience

We reserve the right to limit entry if necessary for safety and comfort.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking
All bookings are non-refundable

Your booking secures:

Your date and time
Chapel space
Chaplain Scott’s availability

Once booked, your time is reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change and offer a one-time courtesy reschedule:

Intimate & Signature Weddings:
May be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 7 days’ notice
Grand Entrance Wedding Experience:
May be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 14 days’ notice

If a reschedule is requested within these timeframes:

A new booking will be required

Additional reschedules beyond the one-time courtesy:

A new booking will be required

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early with:

Your marriage license
Valid ID

If you arrive late:

Up to 15 minutes late → we will do our best to proceed within your remaining time
More than 15 minutes late → your appointment will be canceled

Missed or canceled appointments:

Are non-refundable
Require a new booking

Conduct & Environment

We are committed to creating a peaceful, meaningful experience.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in the ceremony being paused or stopped
In these situations, services may be terminated without refund

Children

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.

For safety and to protect the ceremony environment, children should not run freely during the ceremony

Personal Items

Couples are responsible for bringing all desired items, including rings.

If items are forgotten, the ceremony will proceed without them
This does not qualify for rescheduling or refund

Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare situations beyond our control (such as power outages, equipment issues, or emergencies):

We will make every reasonable effort to continue or reschedule your ceremony
Liability is limited to the amount paid

Media Use & Privacy

We love sharing the beautiful weddings we create to help future couples feel confident in choosing us.

By booking with Walk-In Wedding Chapel:

You agree that photos and video from your ceremony may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, and advertising)

If you prefer privacy:

A $99 Media Privacy Fee may be selected prior to your ceremony

Most couples choose to share their photos, but we’re happy to offer a privacy option if needed.

Privacy requests must be made prior to your ceremony.

Our Commitment to You

We’re here to make your wedding day feel calm, meaningful, and truly special.

These guidelines help us create that experience for you—and for every couple we serve.

Agreement

By completing your booking and payment, both parties acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
