Terms of Service

Trust us, we didn't want to write these terms just as much as you don't want to read them. However, we have been in the wedding business a long time, and we needed to make this to protect both you and us in the event of any unprecedented situations! We want your wedding to be as perfect, friendly, and seamless as possible. However, you can't sugarcoat contracts. These terms of service were made to be as straightforward as possible, for you to fully understand and receive them. Please don't allow the straightforward-ness of these terms distract you from the kind, quality services we provide to make you the happiest on your happiest day!

The Walk-in Wedding Chapel reserves the right to decline service to anyone. The Walk-in Wedding Chapel is not responsible for lost/stolen items on our property. If you have lost something, call or text us! We may have found it!

The Walk-In Wedding Chapel or any of its affiliates legally cannot obtain your marriage license for you. By Florida State Law, you AND your partner must go to a Florida clerk of court together at the same time to obtain your marriage license. By making a deposit, you understand that failure to obtain your marriage license prior to your ceremony does not entitle you to a refund, reschedule without a new deposit, or any form of compensation on behalf of Walk-In Wedding Chapel or Chaplain On Demand, LLC.

We have beautiful photo packages available for purchase! Any form of outside photography, videography, or recording of any kind is not allowed without the purchase of the "Eternal Love" photo package or the 'outside photography' add-on for just $99, which allows your family and friends to take personal photos!

When booking your wedding, you will need to make a deposit. By booking a wedding, you understand that if a deposit is not made, your slot is not formally saved and may be booked by another couple.

The Walk-In Wedding Chapel is a very popular wedding chapel! Because of this, your slot is booked for either thirty minutes or one hour, depending on the service you book. By making a deposit, you understand that because of the seamless schedule we maintain, you should book any desired photo packages at the time of booking and may not always be able to be added on later. Just text us and ask! We may be able to get you booked for one! You also understand that any inability to add a photo package does not allow you or your guests to take outside photography or videography.

Once you book your wedding package, you cannot downgrade your package. You must proceed forth with the originally booked service. If you cannot proceed with the chosen wedding package, you may cancel your wedding. If the cancellation is within the "non-refundable" timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited. After cancellation, you may then choose to pay another deposit reschedule for the downgraded service, but the downgraded service cannot always be booked on the same date or time as the original service.
